Beautiful view camping along the creek. Site had a fire ring but lots of trash. Obviously a place for high school parties

Stayed here one night while passing through. Wouldn’t be great for long vehicles. Wasn’t very level, but plenty of rocks to use. No cell service (Verizon) right on a sweet little river. Very packed though, had a hard time finding a spot getting in around midnight on a weekday in a truck camper.

My pups and I camped here one night—it is an official campground in that it has a welcome sign: “Bay City Campground”. No hookups or trash—and there are probably 3-4 sites total that have fire pits. It was clean and beautiful—and our site was right up against the river which the pups loved playing in! We made a fire and enjoyed the Full Moon here. I can’t wait to go back again!
Report Check-InNew gate installed and closed for the winter. Parking area around gate was large and accommodated our truck camper. Area is used to stage snowmobiles.
