Plenty places in the middle of nowhere. Not visible from the road. Mines around, the children tried to find minerals they found borax. Wild horses. Very quiet. FREE

Good for car camping or vans but not larger vehicles. We knew we would scrape up the bottom of our 26.5ft Class C so we went just a bit further down the road to the 19 m east marker
Report Check-InLarge spot down a decent road. Reasonably level.
I could just barely hear the road and see the lights of traffic going by. Very quiet. Didn't look like anyone had been here in a while based on lack of you're tracks on the road.
Came in after dark no problem.
No Verizon or ATT, but Starlink had wide open skies.
Report Check-InVery nice spot, no cell service , very quiet and nice view, glad to be here
Report Check-InSo glad I stopped here for the night, and not the rest area a mile back! So quiet and peaceful. No noise from the road. Didn't see another soul all night.
I went through the cattle grate, and took the dirt road back about 1km and found a turnaround spot, which I backed into and found to be perfectly level.
Not the most amazing view, but it was the ideal place to sleep on my way west.
