Open May to mid September this is a great provincial campground. Reservations can be made through www.discovercamping.ca.It is big RV and trailer friendly and has a sani-dump. The beach and playground areas are very nice. The GPS coordinates are for the entrance off of Hwy 16 - the actual campground is located on the north side of Purden Lake just a little ways in.

Beautiful campground!! Quiet. Trail access to lake, dog beach and people beach from campground. Paved all the way. Sites on nice packed gravel in the trees with picnic tables. Flush/pit toilets. Water and trash bins. Dump for $5. Sites $22. Loved it!!
Report Check-InVery nice place to stay. It has been already said everything. Be aware the coordinates shown are for the entrance from hwy 16. It takes additional 3 km to the campground.
Report Check-InBeautiful forest campground. Almost empty this time of the year. Entrance to most sites pretty narrow, but we found a double site. Most sites also require levelling blocks. Someone came by around 8 in the evening to collect 22$. Lots of mozzies
Report Check-InBeautiful spot for an overnighter or to spend several days. Flushing vault toilets, plenty of potable water and litter bins. Lake is a nice hike through the woods. $22 a night and $5 per bundle of firewood.
Report Check-InWe stayed here for 2 nights. It was a great place to stay there are water pumps all over and a sani dump on the way out. The beach and picnic area was beautiful. The entrance to each site is very narrow for bigger Trailers... highly recommend this spot...
Report Check-InDrove through this camp site after spending a night at the resort and felt remorse. Very nice sites and great looking beach. It’s a walk to the beach from the sites but worth it.
Report Check-InPretty typical of provincial parks. Beach is a bit of a trek (1km ish) from campsites. New playground is great. Kids had a ball at beach and playground. Mosquitos were terrible in the morning and evening. That’s spring in northern bc for you though.
