Beautiful stretch of sandy beach where you can easily park under the trees. Quiet at night, fantastic view of the ocean. Some locals passed by on scooters but nobody bothered us and we felt save and blessed. Highly recommended

Don’t let your car unattended cops were making report of two girls from Germany went for a walk and they broke into their rental car and stole two hammocks and a gym bag
There are thieves over there. We were wild camping, while a scooter with 2 men passed by. We found it a bit strange, because there was no path and there was nothing there. As soon as they saw us sitting behind the car, the quickly drove away across the beach. We didn't trust this situation, so we moved to camping Los Garrobos. At 02.30 am, we woke up amd a man was standing on our car and one was next to it. They went away when we told them, but we saw damage on the car from them trying to get in.
Report Check-InWe only stop here for the launch, the place is nice and there are a lot of possibilities to park. There are a lot of coconut tree, this is the occasion to get some.

Report Check-InLots of spaces in front of houses on other side of dirt road. Most ppl left at dark. A few campers. Most spots are close to others but good for overnight camping or just move a few spots away. Right on beach. A few lights from nearby houses.
Huge beach area. 8/10 on places we have free camped.
Beautiful empty beach. Lots of shades and everyone is friendly. A lot of space too (and you are not staying just next to the campground, there is a lot of options before them)

Felt safe during camping here as there are other houses / campings around. There is a lot of space and we were the only ones there for the night we stayed.
Waking up by the sounds of the birds and the waves and just a short run to the sea to do the wake up dive was a great way to start the day
Report Check-InLots of free spots under palm trees on a grassy field. There are no facilities but the camping owner close by offered us to use his bathroom and showers for 500 colones per use. Some sand flies bothered us around dusk but during the night it was totally okay. The beach is very wide with dark sand - perfect stay for one night!

We came to Bejuco to rescue a vanagon traveler , Heinz had some mechanical problems last night. Beside that, this beach has plenty options for camping (all levels) is safe and sorrounded of pure Fauna like cappuccinos monkeys, scarlet macaw, crested caracaras.tiger herons and more... Also Black sand beach and big (really big) waves!!! Be careful!
Report Check-InPerfect and quiet place right at the beach. Don't worry about the spot, there a plenty of spots. If you want to feel a bit more safe, park you car at the end of the dirtroad near the camping.
Report Check-InCamp in front of the huge white empty house. The Nicaraguan housekeeper and watchman is very timid but watchful. He is working in Costa Rica to pay off his wife's medical debts. He'll give you some extra safety and maybe access to fresh water. He will appreciate fresh produce and proteins. He has no fridge and gets to eat, rice, beans and canned food only.

Report Check-InJust squeezed my 26ft class a 11.5 ft a over a bridge on the short but wide road in , other than that , nice really spot water is rough but awesome beach
