This particular campground is closed for renovations as of October 2019. However, there are a few campgrounds on the road close to this campground that are just as good, right next to the Rio Grande. We stayed at the Pilar Campground. All the campgrounds are $7 a night for a tent or car and $15 a night for a RV or camper. The Pilar Campground and Rio Bravo both have spaces with electricity hookups and water hookups. We got the the campgrounds via the road that travels south down the gorge from the Rio Grande Bridge with our 18 ft camper, but I DO NOT recommend coming that way. it was very steep, rocky, and scary.
