Big open gravel lot/pit on the other side of the river from the main road, accessed via a nice new bridge about 4-5km to the east, turn right, the road will pass some huts and will eventually fork, we went right and drove to the end. Likely other spots in this area.

Stayed on the side of the road. It was too dark and we didn't find the entrance to the quarry. There was a gate near. Quiet night but few trucks really soon like 4/5am
Report Check-InI actually really like this area for a wild camp. If the evening is gaining on you it’s only 30 minutes from Jaén and much nicer than there. I didn’t go down to the quarry but stayed up over the river and had a wonderful night.
Report Check-InEl lugar no es la gran cosa y ahora cobran 2 soles por carro, no nos quedamos.
Report Check-InAfter the fork the road is dirt, so if it has rained recently or will rain, this place will be a mud pit and difficult to drive to/from.
