That's the only real bicycle mechanic in Maputo but unfortunately, it's not the best!
When we arrived, the owner was not there. Paiasse promised us to do a full service on our bicycles, such as changing the chain and brake pads. At first, he told us that the bicycles are ready in half a day time. Finally, it took them 1.5 day. When we arrived the next afternoon, the only thing they did was cleaning it and changing the chain. The shifting system was not working well and the brake pads were still the used ones (even though they said that they changed it)!
At this point, the owner from Betinho Bike was there and admitted the mistake. He took over and put for the next 3 hours our two bicycles in order.
Be careful about this place. I recommend you to stay and observe what they are doing.
