We managed to fill our small US bottle here. 8 soles for 2.5 kg. Very quick and friendly staff (if you have a us style valve it is the same as their 45kg bottle valve, just in case they say no).

We were unable to have ours filled here because our valve did not match what they had. They were so eager to help and asked someone to bring us an adapter, which didn't work, but they tried their best. Very friendly staff. Wish we had read the comment below saying our US was probably the same as their 45KG! Now we know for next time.
Report Check-InFilled our 20lb U.S. Tank here. Employee repeatedly said he was unable to fill our type of bottle but we explained that our friends had filled here. Eventually we talked to another employee from the bottling area across the street and got it filled. 30 sols for 20lb tank.
