We went with the 09.00 am tour and saw many whales, sea lions, pinguins and boobies. So, we would definitely recommend to take this tour (15.000 per person for 2,5 hours).

Unfortunately this operator was not running tours (nor were any others) when we visited due to few tourists. They might run at weekends at this time of year but probably depends on visitor numbers.

went on a tour with the boat orca. saw everything including whales and approximately 60 dolphins which stayed with us for a long time. orcas are really rare and a once in a lifetime chance. trips are now 13000 pp. absolutely worth the money. we had some tourists from Punto choros who went on a tour there the day before and were disappointed. they said the higher chance to sea a whale is in Charañal.

Boat trip (2h30)to see dolphin, whales,pingouins and boobies etc. And orca if you are lucky! Jan, Feb and March best time, departure from 10AM - there is a minimum of 10 people . Price pp is 10000$, really worth it!
