On weekends really touristic and crowded.
If you drive there, use the road from south. From that point you can see the waterfalls much better and there are less people, even parking is easier.

We didn’t have the same experience as previous comments ! Arriving there many guys ran after the car and « jumped » on us so that they can be our guide. Asked 25 000 for the boat tour. We kindly said no, one of them followed us for a bit. It’s free to go see the wide falls (they are nice but not a must see for me). Restaurant offered 7500 CFA for 20 shrimps, so we went to another restaurant more north. Very touristic place.

Beautiful place to have lunch and spend a afternoon. 20 minutes boat riding to the falls and back is nice experience and different with see the falls from beach / rocks near falls. Costs XAF2,000 (locals can get much lower price). Restaurants spreader on beach serving very tasty Kribi shrimps, highly recommend. XAF 6000 for 50 shrimps and a plate of French fries.

Lovely place, FREE to visit. Good access by road, free parking and I don’t see the point of taking a canoe since you can see it so well from the beach already. Went in dry season during low tide so could actually walk across the stones on top of the waterfall. Also no point for a guide as other people already stated. Really can’t get lost here …

Nice waterfall which ends directly at the sea.
Lots of guides trying to make you take him. Just don't, really not necessary!

Very nice place. Its a river which end in the sea through a waterfall.

Eating there 30 Shrimps with frites and plantines 5000CFA.

There is no need of guide even if they will offer you and ask you for 10.000.
