Not too bad for a city location. Two options:
1. GPS reading, opposite a 24 hour security post, on a grassy (more weedy) patch. This is between two roads, but traffic really calms down over night. The bad thing: there are several night clubs across the lagoon, so you hear some *distant* music.
2. Behind the stadium: quiet residential street, lots of parking, but maybe less secure (according to a statement by the attending security guards).
Neither spot suitable for tents!

We choose the spot behind the stadium. Seemed like a normal neighbourhoody area. Felt safe and it was quite for a city spot. We saw the police driving by two times before we went to sleep around midnight.
