This agent was forced up on us by Hoegst Roro shipping co. for invoicing and delivering original bill of lading.
They charged 140 Us$ for this. The invoice was delivered on the last possible day, so on top we had to pay the invoice in COP.
Totaly unsatisfiedly, absolutely not recommendable.
Usamos esta empresa para enviar nuestro coche a los Estados Unidos. Fueron rápidos a contestar con el presupuesto, pero no permiten hacer el trámite de envío sin un agente. Nos indicaron la agente Ana Rodríguez que nos atendió muy bien. Ella nos ayudó con el envío y nos pasó un contacto en los Estados Unidos para hacer la documentación necesaria para la entrada del coche en el país. We used this company to ship our car to the USA. They were quick to respond with the budget, but they do not allow us to make the sending process without an agent. Ana Rodriguez was told that we were well received. She helped us with the shipment and gave us a contact in the USA to make the necessary documents for the car to enter the country.
