Drove by but did not like the area behind the apartment complex. The area is quite shady too if you have solar panels. I also felt there were too many shrubs around. I am sure the area is safe based on prior folks input.
Report Check-InStayed here for a couple of days. Unfortunately the local police came because the manager of the apartment next to the lot called them. They said it’s not ok to stay here with big cars and talked about some license you need. No fine but I have to leave.
Report Check-InSpend 4 nights here. It was so quite and get very safe! The people around are very friendly.

great place and little town to spend one or more nights. we've been here for 2 nights but would've stayed longer if we could. met a really nice Neighbour who had been here for some months. during the day it can be busy but we managed to find a spot fairly easy (off season)
Report Check-InEndroit au calme et securise a 100 m de la plage mais aucun gratuit. Rondes de la police la nuit pour surveiller les tentes de massage. Gratuit le centre ville charmant est a 15 mn a pied. Bon endroit pour passer qq jours a puerto morellos
Report Check-InSpent here 5 nights. Great view, very quiet and safe. Many people parks here to go to the beach so it gets full fast specially during weekends. We met very cool vanlifers, some of them have been there for 1 month to 5 months. Guests from the condos like to enjoy the view of the ocean, so they request if we park, we preferably park on the sides and not in front of the condo to not block their view.

It is really quiet and very close to the beach. We stayed two days with the roof popped and none seemed to care.
Beautiful Location driving all the way past what looks like a residential/holiday house, just next to the beach bar. There was a nightguard on duty in the bar who didnt mind us. The police came by at night but didnt seem to have a Problem with us parked in the location. All around a great safe spot! And a Beautiful Beach!
