I am sorry to say that we are closed for guests for the forseeable future. I will post here if we ever reopen.
It was fabulous meeting all of the adventurers we had in the past, and I do thank you all. But many things are outside of our control at the moment, and our doors are now shut.

We had a very nice stay at Farm Rock.

The owners are really friendly. They introduced us to their birds and their “bird rescue” project which is very interesting and seems to be quite unique in the country.

The camping is in a big grassy area, with wifi available almost everywhere.

We could not enjoy a swim in the river, since it was too high after the heavy rain of the past days. But the garden and the birds were entertaining enough.

Highly recommended on the way to/from Guatemala

What an amazing place to stay! we came for one night and stayed 3. The tubing around the river is a highlight, clean bath and shower and super super friendly owners. Booked an ATM tour here well worth doing. Dinner cost is now 20 USD per person, camping still 10 USD pp. Thanks Nikki and Jerry for a great experience! WiFi was average not the place to catch up on work / update the blog with lots of pictures but functional.

Love the place. Jerry and Nikki are really nice. Hot shower. Beautiful river and beautiful birds. We followed Nikki to feed the birds one morning and it was so fun. WiFi is slow but Jerry said he will check what problem with the wifi.

Lovely place with lovely owners doing great work for the nature and birds.
We wanted to stay 1-2 nights and stayed 4 in the end. very relaxing and incredible to watch all the kinds of birds on the property. incredible variety! moreover, you can go swimming or tubing in the river. right on the site. booked atm.tour through them at very good price and with very attentive guide. Recommend!

Coup de cœur pour ce spot ! Best place in Belize !

C’est une ferme qui fait aussi refuge pour oiseaux. Tous les oiseaux blessés ou abandonnés ou détenus illégalement par des particuliers se retrouvent ici. Beaucoup de particuliers au Belize possèdent des perroquets enfermés dans de minuscules cages ou les braconnent. Cet endroit leur donne une nouvelle chance d’être réintroduit dans leur habitat sauvage naturel. Jerry et Nikki les hôtes font un travail remarquable de réhabilitation. Pour le plaisir des yeux vous pouvez admirer des Aras bleus, des Amazones à têtes rouges, à têtes jaunes, à front bleus, des Tucanes, des Pianos à front blanc, des chouettes, des hiboux, des rapaces etc...
Il faut respecter bien sûr le fait de ne pas parler aux oiseaux pour qu’ils se déshabituent de l’humain.
Il y a toutes sortes d’oiseaux en liberté sur l’immense propriété remplie d’arbres fruitiers dont vous pouvez manger les fruits librement.

20$ BZD pour la nuit par véhicule avec électricité, eau, plusieurs wifi, douche chaude, toilette, vidange eaux usées, de l’ombre sous les cocotiers pour se garer.
Une rivière avec une eau cristalline très propre pour nager tranquillement en pleine jungle. Possibilité d’emprunter gratuitement des bouées pour descendre la rivière, superbe expérience !
Vous pouvez aussi laver votre linge et le sécher (5$ BZD). Acheter des bières (5$ BZD). Manger un repas local préparé par Nikki à leur table avec possibilité de repas végétarien (35$ BZD par personne).

Nous sommes restés 18 nuits, l’endroit est bien placé pour aller et venir dans le pays.

Nikki et Jerry sont des personnes très hospitalières et arrangeantes, on recommande !

Il est important de dire que tout ce que vous payerez sur place participera intégralement au fonctionnement du refuge, vous pouvez aussi faire un don ;)

This is s great place to stay and relax. We only stayed one night each time. The owners are very nice and welcoming. The dogs are nice, the birds are great to watch, the river is refreshing. Stay here and you will not be sad. It is also only a 1.5 easy drive to the border. $10 USD with out electric. Wifi was very fast the first stay and the second it was slow.

Perfect place to relax. Mostly quiet. They are prepared to receive campers (power plug extension, water, dumps). Price is fair. Nice bathroom with hot shower.

Extended our stay because of this awesome place. Peaceful, quiet and a lot of beautiful birds around. Jerry & Nikky are superfriendly people, very helpful and doing a great job with the bird rescue. And don't miss tubing down the river in the backyard 😃

Beautiful place , very calm they charge us 10 usd for are vehicle bathroom and internet free . Very recommended!! / un lugar para pasar el día muy tranquilo nos cobraron solo 10 usd por dormir en la camioneta nos dan baño e internet , se encuentra a unos pocos minutos de la ruta donde hay restaurants y almacén para comprar comida . Los dueños son muy amables!! Hay un río que pasa dentro de la propiedad hermoso!

Just to correct a few inaccuracies. The price is US$10 or BZ$20 per night per vehicle.
To pitch a tent is US$5 or BZ$10 per night.
There is a bathroom available with a hot shower and toilet.
There is wi-fi on some of the field and around all buildings
There is a laundry available at US$5 per load
There is a bar
There is a restaurant, but you eat with everyone else and you have to let them know you are eating by 3 p.m. The cost is US$15 per person
Potable water and Power is available at US$5 per day
Sewage dump is available for free
But due to some recent bad experiences
No pets are allowed
No children under 12 are allowed

Beautiful spot, clean washroom and a great shower. wifi worked well also. wasn't charged for my tent, likely because I showed up after 7pm. didn't get a chance to swim in the river sadly. mornings are loud and busy from the birds and workers if that's something that will bother you. I had a great experience there

Nice and huge camp. You can stay almost where you want. There is a river on the property where you can swim. Lot of shady spots unter trees. Restrooms and showers (hot!) are nice. WIFI at owners house is fast.

Perfect place to stay a few days and enjoy the surrounding and the parrots. Grassy place under coconut trees or by the river. 10 BZ per vehicule for dry camping. The owner Jerry & Nicki are incredible nice and helpful, organized us the ATM Trip, its easier and cheaper from Belmopan than from San Ignacio (105 US pp incl. Taxes).

A beautiful quiet estate. Jerry and Nikki were the most welcoming. They are new to the idea of having overlanders, as its focus is the bird rescue center and guest house. 20 bz a night per vehicle. More than fair for all this place has to offer. Hot showers available after a cool swim in the river. Big rig friendly be careful of low trees we are 2.7 meters and were ok. So much room to roam here! Please be respectful so they keep open to having overlanders. We'll definitely be back. May be able to contact on trip advisor for further info. Can't recommend this place enough.
