Description
This is a new campsite and soon to be hostel. It is in a great location for exploring Ollantaytambo and is only a short walk to many of the towns 'must-visit' spots. It has good cellphone reception throughout the site and powerpoints to charge devices. At present there is no place for vehicles to park in the site, tents only. The owner is performing renovations to also have a hostel on this site. There are warm showers and access to a kitchen which is well-stocked and has a gas stove/oven. Traditional Peruvian Meals are also available on request! There is also a large sheltered area for eating, relaxing and socialising.
Look for the door on the right with the sun.

We spent 2 nights at Nelson's place "house in Peru". He is a very welcoming and warm person, trying to slowly develop his hostel/camping project. The place has everything you need, kitchen, roof for rainy days, hot water for showering, and is very close to the main plaza and all the archeological sites you wish to visit.
