the Double Tree Monrovia parking lot.
I called the hotel to ask if it was okay to be in the lot overnight if you're not a guest, and they said "yep, the lot is first come first served, and we don't take license plate info."
there's a Starbucks in the lot that opens at 4:30 am, which is nice.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
I had stayed a few nights in the beginning of April, no issues. Although now as of April 22, there is a security person on patrol checking in on cars that pull in and confirming you have a room. I was informed the inner lot area is private property, but was advised that parking near the enclosed dumpster that I presume Starbucks uses is ok. This is the third parking tract east of the hotel building, and closer to the Starbucks rather than south near the shipping container. Use your discretion.
