Very nice grassy campsite with own ablution, shade, electricity, good cellphone signal and braai. The Lodge has a small pool, bar, restaurant and spa. Good waterhole to watch the animals. Only downside is the 33km bad gravel road from Mariental.

The place is very good for camping .
You can use the pool and have a massage or a meal in the facilities that exist on the lodge.
The area for camping have grass and a private toilets for each campsite.
We loved the staff.

300 ppn for campsite (only private ablution) but no more private ablution. The guy told us we could stay but it would be however the same price … without any ablution !! We left.

Such a gorgeous place. We felt like royalty showing up here and being greeted with a juice. Very nice campsite too and lots of shade so not sure about the previous review. Would highly recommend this stop after long desert drives, feels like a lush oasis.

Luxurious place in the desert. 275pppn with private ablutions and outside kitchen. Very welcoming staff, specially the nice lady at the desk. Be prepare for mosquitoes at night! We did not sleep much fighting with them! Overall a really nice and beautiful place. Breakfast for 200pp

As mentioned beautiful setting. Private toilet + shower w each camp. Really nice. Great water hole to chill at. We saw few water bucks, white impalas were a treat. Rhinos come but we didn’t stay long. Had a great chat with owner about meat and red line to understand why so many refrigerator checks happening. Cherry on cake did cheetah encounter for 350pp an amazing experience.. we have seen them in wild but to able to pet them on head under chin vow ! The two siblings were raised from birth ( they were orphaned) by humans.. highly recommend.. oh yes very friendly staff and a cute dog who will become your friend in no time 😊

Magnificent green landscaped game lodge and desert oasis in the middle of desert.
Camping on lush grass with private bathroom for camp site.
Free guest wifi at restaurant.
The most amazing watering hole for game viewing at the lodge or on a safari drive.

Netter Empfang. Nur zwei Campingplätze jeweils mit eigener Dusche/WC (schönstes Bad aller bisherigen Campsites!), sehr schöne Anlage. Fast keine weiteren Gäste. 250$ pP

Really nice place, campsites with lawns, own clean ablutions, hot solar shower and electricity. You can walk to the lodge with waterhole, use restaurant for dinner or breakfast. Nice SPA. Special rates due to Corona

No view to speak about from a campsite perspective. Only 2 campsites, each with its own ablution. Very clean. The lodge facilities are exceptionally good.

Beautiful lodge and grounds. As mentioned by others, it’s not cheap and we paid N$500 for the two of us. No shade at all at our number 2 campsite but we used the bar area of lodge where we got cold beer, food platter and good WiFi. Overall, using the facilities available, this still comes out as a worthwhile stop even at $250pp. Excellent private ablutions for each of the 2 campsites and also, a reasonable distance between both sites.

A beautiful lodge with two places on the campsite, for truckcamper also. Every place with own and very clean ablution.
The staff are very friendly and good educated. The have a lighted waterhole and offer a gamedrive.

Indeed a beautiful lodge. Do make a reservation ahead of time: they originally had 6 campingspots but changed it into 2 because they only had one house with ablutions so we could not camp but were offered a luxurious tent incl. breakfast for Nam$1000,- which was a bit overpriced since the shower was only hot one time and the WIFI was not working at all.

When we asked if they could maybe reset the internet modem since the internet was working but not the WIFI we only got a 'this is Africa'.
We don't mind if the WIFI is slow or not working, but the way we were helped just wasn't too friendly.

Camping should be nice 'though. We saw two white rhinos in the evening as well as well as lots of other animals.

Beautiful lodge with a nice campsite. Unfortunately, there isn't much shade on the campsite but the waterhole and pool are lots of trees.
It's not a cheap place for 200N$ pp/night but you are guaranteed to see two white rhinos, which are fed every evening attend the waterhole. Their three cheetahs might roam freely around the camp/lodge if they are not in their cage. But don't be afraid as they grew up in the reception and restaurant area. One is able to pet them as they really behave like dogs.
Recommend the place to everyone who would like to have an animal encounter a bit differently.

They charged an extra 200N$ for the cheetha encounter which was surprising as no one said that I need to pay for that.
