Nice place right on the beach. Endless shells!!! Good for dogs. There’s a place to collect water in town, not for drinking. Saw sealions! Awesome sunsets. No service!

Amazing empty beaches totally empty in low season. 2/3 restaurants open only from 11.30 till 14.30 under the week
Weekend open longer . Small shops for basic stuff.

Busy place in summer and especially on weekends. Lots of places to camp but very little wind protection, especially as the wind changes directions. Tide goes out a long way and there are km and km of beach to walk. Night time was surprisingly noisy from the trucks on the road heading to and from town.

As described before. At the moment all the restaurants at the beach and also in San Antonio del Este are closed, only a little mercado is open. A few places with some shade between the trees. Quiet, only a few cars after dusk. Beautiful beach. Recommended.
There is an official campground in town, but again, was closed.

Ótimo lugar para acampar com motorhome ou trailer, bastante vento, porém tem alguns arbustos onde se pode esconder um pouco. Sem sinal.

Perfect spot. I don't know if it's here where we stay but close to the beach there's maybe 5 or 7 spots to camp under the trees where you can make fire and be protected from the wind that is wild in this zone. Amazing sunsets and beautiful shells beach. We spend 5 days enjoying peace and nature. Highly recommended for overlanders taking the RN 3.

Fantastic place, wonderful water and view. Nice restaurant at the beach just five minutes away (in season). Good restaurant in the little village: el puerto. Endless beach.

did stay somewhere close to this place at the beach (stone and shells on the way = easy access). there is plenty of space and bushes to hide from the wind. beautiful beach, sunset and not too noisy despite having the road in the back.

Great beach, and unusual for the east coast great sunsets. We camped at about this location but many places to access the beach until the road heads inland. Quiet on a Saturday at this time of year.

Nice place directly on the beach. For water you can ask in the bar (nice guy) - bar opens the 8th of dicembre. BBQ is posible - need to bring your own wood.

realy nice place direct on the beach! 2wd no problem. we asked the guy from the restaurant for water and got some. we saw dolphins in the sea and had a wonderfull sunset.

Beautiful beach, drive towards San Antonio Este and you will find more place with beach access.

You can stay directly at the beach. Its free. Good for a night.

Really nice place directly at the beach. Some kilometers along the coast, you can choose where to stay here (no problem for 2wd). Rare shady places, many fisherman camping here for vacations.
San Antonio Este with an ATM and small shops just minutes away.
The color of the ocean is wonderful here and the beach clean!

Place pour dormir en bord de plage le long de l’océan. Un peu de monde la fin de semaine mais relativement calme. Nous avons eu la chance d'apercevoir des Orques et des Otaries le matin de bonne heure . Bon bivouac
