Accessing Salineras Ranch is an exclusive experience, requiring passage through a bridge that accommodates camper vans with dimensions up to 2.80 meters in width, 3.10 meters in height, and a maximum weight of 4 tons.

You can walk from here to Maras, it is about 20 minutes walk 1 way
We camped here , 57 sols for the two of us. Absolutely a gem of a place. set in a valley with hills all around, lots of hiking opportunities, also horseriding from the ranch. We had a wonderful quiet flat area to camp in, all to ourselves. Modern shower and toilet block. Hot water. We also joined the staff for breakfast. Iriana, the manager ensures that all the food is top quality, home produced if possible. it was a real treat to sit and chat over a lazy breakfast. This place is such an oasis of calm after busy Cusco, Machu Picchu etc. 100% recommended. Also room for campervans and they have cabins to rent. Iriana is so thoughtful, offering to fill our waterbottles, advice on walks and our route onwards too. +51 955 572 133
