Description

Quiet parking, no signs that says you are not allowed stay there overnight. Toilets next to parking... Noone disturbed us, looks super safe. I would say cars only, no RVs.

Quiet little park. Stayed two nights. Noone bothered me. Toilet was locked while I was there. Overall good location. Nice sounds of the little creek nearby.

Level parking, trash & toilets nearby. It was also very quiet but the signal wasn't great for being so close to town.

Parking lot near the skate park (used "Manitou Springs Skate Park" as search on Google maps). The community website mentions this lot as "free parking," no signs say you can't stay overnight
