Parking in the "Parque linario" at the Bahia, Costanera of Asuncion. Safe (several police stations and vehicles nearby), there is a free electricity and water. The centre of Asuncion is within walking distance. Close to the Palacios Lopez. On weekends a lot of locals here (good for selling Artesania), but obviously very safe due to the police presence. Shopping center (malls) cannot be reached on foot from here. However, there are city buses within 15 walking distance and an app Moovit with which you can find out the best bus lines.

Parkplatz im "Parque linario" an der Bahia, Costanera von Asuncion. Sicher (mehrere Polizeiwachen und Fahrzeuge), es gibt einen kostenlosen Strom und Wasseranschluss. Fussläufig ist das Zentrum von Asuncion zu erreichen. Ist in der Nähe des palacios Lopez. Am Wochenende viele Einheimische hier (gut für den Verkauf von Artesania), aber durch die Polizeipresenz offensichtlich sehr sicher. Einkaufszentrum (Malls) von hier fussläufig nicht erreichbar. Es gibt aber Stadtbiuslienen in 15 Fussweg erreichbar und eine App Moovit, mit der man die besten Buslinien herausfinden kann.

We first try to come here through the north side but were not allowed to drive here by the traffic police (see post on corrupt police station). So we drove through the southern entrance, which is no problem.
We had a good night here with police guard 24/7 .
We walked to the citycenter, which is ok, but nothing special. Tried to walk back through the barrio Ricardo Brugada, but were stopped by some locals who advised to walk back via calle Rio Ypane. The barrio (which is between the centre and the costanera) is considered "zona roja", not safe.
Safe place to spend the night. Could get electricity. Not that noisy.

As said, a good place to spent some nights. quiet, safe, free, nice...
Report Check-InEs un gran punto para dejar tu auto/motorhome y recorrer el centro histórico. seguro pero caluroso porque hay pocas sombras. excelente punto de venta para tus artesanias, más los fines de semana, para dormir no lo recomiendo por wl ruido, preferimos ir a una estación de servicio alejada pero hay muchos motorhome que se estacionan apartados y duermen ahí.
