Description
Free campground next to Highway 1 outside of Philipsburg, MT. There are 10 sites with most of them having direct access to a nicely flowing creek. There is one women’s and one men’s bathroom which were clean and handicapped accessible. Very limited cell service (Verizon and T-Mobile), but StarLink worked well in site 7. Seems a few locals like this place as a few stopped here to cool off in the creek. Campground host on site and offers firewood paid for by donations. Great, free site. We’d stay here again.
