Gravel places to pull of to hike but if you go down the road to a gravel lot van lifers can park. There’s a trail down to the park and a creek runs right along. No no parking over night signs.

A park in Birdsboro stretches the length of a big creek, there’s a large parking lot upstream of the park, by the entrance to a trail network that stretches miles. The “Old 82” trails, lead back to what was once an active quarry, with rock climbing walls, and lots of mountain biking trails. The parking lot is quiet at night with just the sound of the water, but gets busy in the morning with trail visitors and fishers. A town police officer came by shortly after I set up camp, at around 11 pm. I told him I was campin the night, and he was super chill, didn’t give me any trouble, we chatted and he left for the night. 10/10 spot. There a couple pizza places in town, a water refill station by the Fire Dept. and there’s a laundromat right next to the library. Happy Trails!!
Report Check-InJust as described. Cool little park with hiking trails on the opposite side. Sleep right next to the river. River is stocked with Trout starting April 6th! Car camped in a Subaru Outback. Cop drove through the lot around 10pm and left. Didn’t bother us.
