This is the only place in the city to get wester union, we asked before at the Post Office (Correo) and they said that.
the problem here is that after you sign and they take the money they charge you for the operation, it was for us 700 pesos, this was wrong as they don't say anything before the operation.
lessons learned, always ask if they're going to charge you.

We were able to get money from here. It's a Western Union.
The owner allowed us to take out as much money as he had in the register, and then allowed us to come back the next morning to take out more once he'd cashed up again.
