A comfortable spot about a half mile from the road. We were not sure we liked the spot when we first got here, but after a few days it's just great. Sun in the morning, shade early evening from the hill behind. Try across the valley if you want shade in the morning and sun in the afternoon. A little bit of trash and broken glass but overall not bad. Just one of dozens of places to camp in the area.

We camped here more than once. Nice and level, has cell service. shielded from. The county has elevated the road a bit, so getting a big rig in here would be sketchy. But there are numerous camp spots along this road, many of them more friendly for the 5th wheelers. You've got deer and antelope running around, and you are only 30 minutes from Castle Dale or Huntington. You simply have to make an effort to get into Castle Dale to the Stewart's grocery and get hands on their pumpkin chocolate chip cookies.
