Typical rest area welcome center. Allegedly overnighting is allowed here as I was told by a police officer to head here after being busted elsewhere in OBX.

Large parking lot. Well lit, so it’s bright all night long.

Report Check-InStayed here two nights in a row, no issue. Plenty of regular sized parking, not a lot of big rig/trailer sized parking. Restrooms are clean, there’s picnic tables, a dump station, nonpotable water
