This is a rather large pullout with no signs, but there is a semi hidden section to back into with trees and bushes between you and the road, and lovely rocky streams for a view point. We pulled in the early evening and were not bothered except by a few others looking for camping since the Lake Quinault campsites were shut down for maintenance. Lovely spot with limited traffic, at least during the week.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Great night's sleep here. traffic died down around 10 (not that there was much to begin with). Easy 100ft walk to stream (ice cold).
Someone had burned a bunch of trash, left soiled blankets, and make a mess - we bagged it up and let a ranger know it needs to be picked up.
Don't do this - people who leave trash/etc ruin it for the rest of us, and unfortunately rangers can't shoot these people if they catch them :(
