Absolutely lovely. Numbered sites are spread out so you feel you're the only people in the woods (until someone comes and parks where it is clearly marked "no camping.") Each has a fire circle.and plenty of room for parking and tents. Hard to believe you're just minutes from the crowds at Bryce Canyon NP. These co-ordintes are for pitch number 15.
Please please please check the map at the entrance to support the efforts to look after the forest. There are lots of empty numbered pitches yet people are just driving onto plants to park up for the night.
Bryce Canyon only a few minutes away for toilets and (paid for) showers.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
I stayed next door at site 16. Great spot, got there early because I saw other reviews for this area saying it filled up quick. It was quite empty when I arrived and not very packed at all when I left. Roads were great, of course some ruts but super manageable.
