As seen all over Wyoming, a pull-off from the interstate with no services and room for a half dozen tractor trailers. This stretch I-90 wasn’t particularly busy; the scenery is beautiful (the outskirts of the Black Hills) and the cell service is good (3bars TMobile 5G). Overall a very convenient overnight stop.

As described, rest parking area along I-90 just east of Buffalo. Next to the interstate, so there is some road noise, but the interstate didn't seem too busy overnight. Our van was the only vehicle there on a Thursday night in May. 3 bars Verizon, but internet ping times were horrible overnight so beware connectivity might not be very good. No services, but there are garbage cans, and a short path to a view of the nearby Bighorn Range to the west.
