This one is a gem. Less than a mile off the highway, yet a gorgeous panoramic view of tiered cliffs to the East. Easy to get to with 2wd and larger rigs. You'll be fine in whatever you're driving. The pin is at a turnaround on top of a rise, but the area has plenty of more private spots as well. Looks like this was a gravel pit for when they graded the highway. There's a cemetery here for the town of Woodside, which there is little trace of but at its peak in the 1920's had 300 people. graves from as early as the 1860's and a plaque with some history, very cool. River is nearby, and a railroad. I love train noise, but only saw one all night. All BLM and state trust land here except a swath surrounding the defunct service station/ jerky shop just south of the highway turnoff. Very good cell signal and 4g with att. Peaceful, safe and beautiful, no trash here at all. Perfect if you're trying to avoid staying anywhere near SLC while travelling through :) Sorry there are no pics, my camera is busted.

Just as others described. Easy access with any sized rig, quiet with great views!
Report Check-InTop notch spot! Beautiful views and very quiet. Only one other vehicle here when I pulled in on a Saturday night of Easter long weekend.
Report Check-InAwesome. Just as described ! . Easy to find with GPS coordinates. Quiet for the night.
Report Check-InA fantastic spot just off US 191. I passed the turnoff a few times before I got it right: just north of the little gas station and jerky vendor on the west side of the highway as you cross the Price River is a turn to the west onto a dirt road. I had no trouble in my 2WD 144” Sprinter. The road does cross an arroyo so be careful during and after the rain. Otherwise an easy drive up to the plateau. Road noise is barely audible outside the van and not at all inside. A few firerings stud the turn around at the end of the road, but there are other places to pull off if already occupied, including the large gravel pit. Flat and good TMobile service.
Report Check-InThis place is amazing! Great views, easy to get to. Plenty of room. Nice road in. Great spot!
Report Check-InGreat spot! Very clean with a few established fire rings. Gorgeous views. All as described by previous posters.
Report Check-InRV's and longer vehicles won't make it!
This spot was awesome but lower clearance vehicles won't make it across the road to get there. The road has washed away in one spot and it's at the bottom of two steep sides. My shorter transit van scraped the bottom going across it.
Aside from that the stay was perfect. Just as described by others
Report Check-InFantastic! Smooth easy road in my van. Too of the hill was taken already so I stayed next to the cemetery (no ghosts came knockin’ unless I slept through it, lol!). A couple of trains during the night but not obnoxiously loud.
Report Check-InExactly as described! Breathtaking views. A little windy but hopefully it'll die down.
Report Check-InAmazing spot, lots of flat places to park and a spot to turn around at the top. Quiet, no bugs. A+
