Large Shopping Mall, Western Union in left hand corner 2nd floor, open till late, no siesta, and apparently no cash limit - got 250.000 pesos without problems.

No issues withdrawing 300000 pesos at 11am. There was a line, but never got longer than about 7 people.
Report Check-Invery easy store inside the mall. we could get 800k ars (which is worth 800€) with one transaction. just 2 people were in front of us in the line. bring passport and transaction number.
