El Oro is the last place to restock on supplies before tackling the big uphill towards pucara. there's a big next to her football field that the locals use as their well by disconnecting the pipes and filling their buckets or bottles.
there's a few houses on the way up the hill but it might be difficult to get any help at all from them.
