Description
Djibril is turning his garden into a camp site. Basic now, but Djibril is working on it. He has two rooms, and lots of place in the garden to park your vehicle (shadow places under big trees). African toilet and bucket shower. 2000cfa per person per night (both for camping and the room). He has mountainbikes for rent! Exceptional in this region.
Djibril can organize dinner for you. 3500 cfa per plate. Didnt try it.
Djibril is a very friendly guy who is willing to show you around (he is a guide also, speaks a bit of English and Spanish). Gives you lots of fruits.
If you come in May, June, July or August there are traditional initiation festivals around. In September/October there are football tournaments around. During raining season he can organize pirogue tour. Dont know about the price though. Ask Djibril. +221 77 958 50 54 (he has whatsapp).

Had a fantastic stay here. Djibril is an amazing host and speaks decent English. His sister will cook excellent rice with fish for you. Djibril also showed us the village by bike. He did not charge anything for the food, bikes etc and camping is free, but please give him a fair pay in return to keep it this way. There are a lot of kids running around and you really feel like part of the village community.
