Rates are much steeper than the cliffs at this location! At the time of my visit, sites were $30 a night (no longterm discounts), not including a non-refundable $12 reservation fee. The camping season runs from the second Friday in April through the second weekend in October. Of note is two comfort stations--each with two free showers, plumbed toilets, and sinks--and a dumpstation that cost $8. There is guest parking at each comfort station. All other details can be found at the Racine County website.
Other notes about the park would include that it has three separate picnic areas and a baseball diamond. There's a mix of prairie and wooded area going north behind the recreational areas. You can follow the creek down to beach or take in the lake from the "cliffs." I put the word cliffs in quotes only because they're a little underwhelming. If you're familiar with Lake Michigan, you'll recognize the sight of the water chipping at packed earth, creating a steeply graded slope into a narrow sand and deposit beach. Still very scenic, but don't expect any rocky overlooks protruding into the relentless sea!
