Description

ADMIN NOTE: be aware of the dogs, travelers have been bitten here.

This place is awesome. The property is 2.5 acres, about 200 meters to the main square and is 449 years old. It's still belongs to the original family. There is a shower, clean bathroom, and lots of chillin areas. There's dogs, sheep/goats all different types of birds and fish, water running in the original water way, it's pimp. They asked the 3 of us to pay 15,000cop each. My dog was free.

Local especial, a duas quadras da Praça Central. Uma área verde no meio da cidade. É um antigo moinho de pedras, com mais de 500 anos. O Sr. Henrique nos mostrou tudo, pois é um museu. preco de 50 mil COP para duas pessoas.

Top place close to the center . Pay 50.000 for 2pers and bus.

we stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed that little paradise. there are animals all around and coming over to say hi. the mill is old but the place is very lovely. 2 blocks away from downtown. the dogs are shy and rather inconfident in the beginning, but as soon as they get to know you they are very friendly, so no problems with the dogs. we payed 25.000 COP per person per night.

My wife was dog bit here.

There are several dogs that live here. They “seem” friendly enough but on our second day here as she walked to the restroom two of the dogs cornered her and one of them bit her on the calf of her leg. Needless to say, we left.

The place in general is run down. Good location but sure not worth getting dog bit for.

Very quiet considering the location. We’re there for New Year’s Eve and still slept great, no noise… we pitched out tent right under the trees near the parking next to the stream… ducks and geese checked on us a few times, dogs were no issue and, they have free roaming macaws, pretty cool!
A bit pricey at 25,000pp +10,000 for the parking but… location!!!

Report Check-In

25 thousand COP per person to camp and 10 thousand COP to park your car inside.
Lots of animals walking around the site (ducks and dogs)
The guy that was in charge, Enrique, was really nice.
Only 2 blocks away from the main plaza

Report Check-In

Ok place but super dusty. Nice location near town but Renacer Hostal is 100 times better

Report Check-In

This place used to be a corn mill, The buildings are officially protected but in a sorry state. We camped there for 4 nights (20k/p/n). Although the village was cramped with people (Fiesta del Luz), we had quiet nights. The water from the tap at the left side of the main house is potable. To connect to electricity, one needs to have at least a 10m cable. Behind the house, Wi-Fi reception is available.

It is 20000 now. Clean but not very welcoming
