Great place to do horse riding. Very friendly Antonio and his wife Ana. Many place for big rigs. Hot shower and toilets available. We paid this moment 20.000ars pp. 3 hours total with 2 little walk on beautiful red canyon. Answers very quickly by WhatsApp

We just finished horse riding with Antonio. The horses are incredibly well trained. We are pretty inexperienced and we could trot with them on our own.
The landscape is beautiful and the canyon was amazing.
We paid 20,000 pesos per person for 2.5 hours.

After reading all the positive comments on the horseriding, we texted Antonio if he was available. The communication was perfect and fast! The horseriding itself was nice and tranquillo, but we enjoyed the nice landscapes and the small hikes inbetween to some more difficult places to reach for the horses. Afterwards we could sleep next to Antonio’s house and could use his shower and toilet. We paid 12.000 pp for the horseriding and gave him some extra for using his facilities. Would really recommend to do the horseriding with him if you want to enjoy a little bit more remote parts of this area!!

We spontaneously texted Antony on a Sunday and asked if he is available on Monday. We met at 16:00 and had a great horse ride to the canyon and back. On the way back we could watch the sunset. It’s a spectacular view and we felt like real gaucho’s. It’s definitely an advantage if you speak Spanish so Antony can explain you some stuff on the way.
Regarding the horse ride, I had no experience at all with horses and my partner had more than 10 years of experience. The ride for me was super relaxed and the horses were really calm. You can tell that Antony works a lot with the animals. All in all it’s a really nice experience and little bit off the more frequently visited spots on the Ruta 68.

on est venu directement ici, on a été accueilli par Antonio et Any et on a réservé la ballade pour le lendemain matin. on a pu stationner chez eux gratuitement, ils nous on proposé d'utiliser: wifi, wc, douche, et cuisine gratuitement. on a mangé chez sa sœur Délia super copieux et très bon. ballade à cheval 6000 pesos/ personne.

We went on a horseback ride to the canyon with Antonio. We were able to book it in the evening right after arrival, no problem. It was absolutely fantastic and a lot of fun. We paid 5,000 pp for 3h and were invited for lunch afterwards. Yum! They didn't want to charge us but we still gave something. Recommendation!

The night before we were allowed to park our van for free in the garden at "Marta House". They are all super sweet. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt very comfortable. They have lots of animals: sheep, goats, pigs, cats, dogs, chickens, peacocks etc. We had a quiet night. Even if you don't speak Spanish that well, there are no communication problems, everyone is very eager and they are very happy about every single guest.

Highly recommended! If you are looking for something authentic with uncomplicated and very friendly people, this is the place for you. We felt welcome at all times. We were allowed to arrive the evening before and spend the night in his garden. The dinner at his sister's house was sensational and more than rich. The ride into the canoyn was an unforgettable experience for us!

For the parrilla, bring some meat yourself so you are sure you will have some. The supermarket there is tiny. Wood they have enough. Say hello if you go there and give them a big hug from us

Sweet Ioverlanders. If you want to explore one of the most beautiful canyons on a horse and have a local parrilla night with a sweet family and sleep surrounded by a big veggie garden, horses and baby piggies go here.

Antony is a wonderful sweet man who has a wife and 2 daughters (7 and 6 months). He can only speak Spanish but he chats a lot and helps you to understand (we could only speak english and un poco Español).

This is what we did:

We arrived here and he took the two of us on a horse over a gorgeous landscape, then we arrived in a dry river, to one of the most beautiful canyons we ever seen in our lives and went also for a walk in it. Magical!!!!!!! And only possible by horse and with Antony. Afterwards we told him we have some meat so he told us lets have a parrilla. His wife brought fresh empanadas (wauuw!!) and cooked veggies out of the garden with the most delicious goatcheese ever. We drinked wine and ate grapes for desert. So so so much food! It was amazing! What a evening. We could use his bathroom, a hot shower and the kitchen as well.

We told him the Ioverlander ap and he told us we can put him here. He loves meeting people all over the world. So go here!!!!

We payed around €45.- for two people for all of it. You can talk about it yourself when you are there.
