Drive past the parking lots and tent campers and take a sharp left down to the river. The other spots were jam packed, but this spot was quiet and calm with private river access and pools.

I liked this side best, less people further down river. Cross the bridge by foot for even more solitude! I recommend the Source of Gloria.
If you’re tent camping you can get even closer. I got up to enter when it opened around 7:30 and had the pools all to myself for a long time. Even on a Saturday.
Free Showers warm up with river water after a couple minutes
Report Check-In180 pesos per day and 30 pesos for.parking, since I stayed 1 night I had to pay 420 in total. clean bathrooms, nice warm showers but not hot. the water of the river is also warm. they have tents and camping equipment for rent. bathrooms are about 150-200 meters from this spot but is worth it. very quiet for a Monday night
Report Check-InExactly as described. You are far away from bathrooms and wash areas but it is secluded. Beware that the mud gets VERY SLICK if it rains.
Report Check-InTried to get into the Grutas to reach this spot but we were turned back for having a dog. Friends of ours entered a few days prior and had no problems with their dogs. It seems arbitrary but expect to be turned back if you have a dog.
