Easy checkpoint. We drive a truck but go to carline! No problem for the officers. Quick car inspection, look at the passport and „Welcome to Iraq“. 10 Minutes.

If you own a truck, go in the truck line. Pay 25.000 Dinar for x-ray, pass it and go to the next checkpoint. They look in your vehicle, then you have to register with your passport at the counter.

Like a normal checkpoint, they’ll take you aside and you have to get out of the car, and go to a little white cabin like everyone else. A guy will type the informations from the passports into their system and you can leave. Took us ~15 Minutes
