Excellent place to stay within area of El Chalten and Lago Desierto. Very nice spot hidden between trees and almost not visible from the road. With moderate to strong winds also good for roof tents for extreme winds excellent for normal tents!

Very nice and partly hidden spot. It’s forbidden to spend the night though as the rangers came and told us the next day. Very friendly by the way. You are not allowed to camp in the park, but the spot has no signs… So, it’s calm, no wind, beautiful views and maybe very nice to spend the day.
Report Check-InPerfect for a night, well protected from the wind and hidden from the road. But please, take your trash with you !
Report Check-InWe stayed here for one night with our camper. Place lays a bit bellow the street, therefore almost not visible from the street. It's easily accessible with solid ground. Very wind protected
