Right off I-10, full hookups, we happen to be here when the wind is 70 miles an hour, so there’s wind noise and some shaking of the motorhome, only 1 other vehicle here, so I’m pleased to finally have no neighbors! This is not a resort, but an ideal spot to hop off the road, eat, sleep and get back after it. We saw a baby rattle snake crossing the dirt road on the way to the sites, so heads up for those little rattlers!!! Safe travels ya’ll…
Report Check-Ingreat place full hook ups w/s/e 12$ wasn’t noisy very low key. gas station is open 7 am to 7 pm. if you get here after 7pm just stay and pay in the morning. there is nothing they give you to make a spot operable. will stay again
we felt comfortable putting our starlink out. looks like there is one full time camper that lives here we stayed in spot 4
Gas station with a large store and Dairy Queen. $12 with full hookups. It's desert camping off the highway with a train track nearby, so not super quiet, but we slept fine. The spaces are big pull through sites that are pretty level. We are going to stay 2 nights and will definitely stay again if we come through this route.
Report Check-InGreat desert camping with full hookups for $12.00. The gas station has a big store and a Dairy Queen.
Report Check-InSo cheap for hookup sites!!! We only paid $12 and they have water, electricity, and sewer. There’s no shower house, but the sites are level, pull through, and gravel. The on-site connections are all 30 amp round (like a dryer plug) but we have a three-prong 110v house-type plug so if you have a regular plug for your connection, make sure you have an adapter.
Some noise from the interstate but for $12, I am not complaining.
*Found this place using RV Parky.
Go into the gas station to pay for a site. You then proceed to the campground and find one that fits your needs. I added a picture of the spots and what each spot has to offer. For $12(+tax) [w/e/s], we felt like it was a steal.
