Description
After attempting to stay the night at the other sites around the lake, we were told by the police that the area isn't safe at night. They recommended to us this camping area which has also the police office on it that is open during the night. The guardian Raoul lives in a small cabana on the left. Very basic facilities but safe place. We paid 400 pesos (2 people in a van).

If you are traveling with a dog, don’t come here. The owner has about 5 dogs that are very aggressive towards dogs. In his words: they would bite a piece out of your dog. I left.

Les bords du lac sont mal fréquentés, on nous a conseillé de rester au camping (local de police sur place)
