iOverlander cannot verify if wild camping is permitted at this location. It is your responsibility to verify local laws or obtain consent before staying the night.
small pullout platform on the side of the road. Not the best of your trip, but the ground is level, and firm (rare enough in the last kms!). in plain view, but nobody uses the road from 6pm to 9am. the view is nice, if nothing compared to stunning glaciar views before. direct access to river but I would not try to drink it without a lifestraw or similar. we have a small camper (see pics) but I guess anything small enough to go through the last bridge can fit here. convenient if you have a tour on the next day, or wait for good weather to head back to Rio Puerto tranquilo.
note: the tourboat crew told us it is also OK to stay at the parking at the end of the road, but it is definitely less sexy than here. weak movistar on the parking though
