We came here for the climbing crags, which are the best in Saudi at the time of writing. Nice sport-climbing routes on sticky granite, lots of sectors and also multipitch routes. Topos available for download on climbing.sa.
This place also offers very nice possibilities to camp! Lots of shaded space, big rig friendly but also good to pitch a tent in a meadow. Donkeys and baboons around!

Toilet is working
For us, one of the top camp spots on the entire Peninsula. Extraordinary reserve, great bouldering and climbing, amazing sunset and sunrises and super quiet.
Report Check-InAmazing campingplace. We can recommend it. Toilett with water available.
Report Check-InWe enjoyed a nice and quiet night at this location, and we recommend it !
Report Check-InLarge camping area near Rock climbing spot. Great for hiking also. We saw monkeys, donkeys, dogs, cats, foxes, Blue lizards and huge birds. There is a sign that camping is allowed. Police came by on the 4th day to check on us but said it's OK to stay here. Toilets with water available but not in great condition.
