Something not right?

Description

Privately run CG just next to Canyon de Chelly south road. Run by a friendly Navajo named Howard. Nice setting, with junipers & sagebrush. Sites are spacious (at least section I was in), all with fire pit and picnic table. No hookups or showers, bathrooms are port-a-potties. $11 a night, very pleasant place to stay.

Report Check-In

Exactly as described. Very nice and rustic. Sites are now $15. No toilets - the portacan is full of garbage.

Report Check-In

now its $16. we only drove around but did not stay here, we decided to go back to Cottonwood campground instead. especially the water tank mounted on a pickup truck did not look trustworthy. you never know what the water source is.

Report Check-In

Ok for one night if you visit the Canyon. In a Van or tent it’s USD 11.-. RV‘s or Motorhomes are more expensive. They only have a pit toilet. No showers. Calm at night.
