Description
A narrow but good gravel road winds thru this narrow canyon in Parque Nacional Yanachaga-Chemillen. Parts are as good as the famous bolivian Death Road, very steep, lush vegetation. Your GPS tries to find a satellite. The road between Oxapampa and Pozuzo is good for all 2WD.

One of the most beautiful roads we’ve ever made in Peru and south america. I think any car can do it (you have to avoid it in rainy days). Enjoy!! (Count on 2-3 hours from Oxapampa to Pozuzo).
Report Check-InRoad mostly paved by now. No problems for 4x2, no high clearance needed. Very nice road from Huancabamba to Pozuzo. We did it twice.
