Parking lot has Porta Potty's and is pretty quiet at night. Really nice trails, wildlife, and the memorial. No signs saying you can't park over night and close by to downtown DC.

Stayed here for a night with no issues. The traffic noise loud until pretty late but other than that it was nice. Porta potties in the parking lot also.
Report Check-InGreat spot if you come early, a couple bridges away from being directly in town. It fills up quickly though and there are only regular sized parking spots. Otherwise it's really good.
Report Check-InI stayed in this lot overnight and had no issues. the lot is full of people going to the monument and running the trails during the day but is pretty much completely empty at night. the island has a giant statue of Theodore Roosevelt in the middle, lots of really nice trails and there are porta potties and water fountains at the entrance of the bridge and a paved biking trail. Google maps says the lot closes at 10pm but I stayed overnight without any problems.
