lovely place vor camping even ITS Not a campsite. 150 p.p / night is the price. we spend 4 nights. hot showers, Pool, Restaurant. we ask for a Braai and they brought US a Hugh Grill and enough firewood. unfortunatly the Sauna was Out of Order. other Guests asked for IT. the Boss is relaxed even you block the Pool area with your car and staff.
in general people in this area dont look happy. even the Kids seem not easy and free. If you speak a few words Zulu you might break the ice.

Convenient place to get yourself organized before are after the border crossing. Everything as said before, except Wifi wasn't working when we were there.

Nice Resort. No official camping sites, but they let you stay right at the pool with beautiful view. Very nice staff. Easy to find. R150pppn. Restaurant has nice vibe, a bit expensive but good place. Wi-Fi sometimes fast, sometimes slow, sometimes no. Would recommend.

150R/night/person in a converted van.
There are no real facilities for camping. You have to prepare your own food and wash your dishes in the restaurant kitchens. No braai available.
Quiet and pleasant environment.

We stopped over at Hawane resort for 3-days as they had a good setup to get some work done (internet connection was good at times). The restaurant is focused on tourists and as with most places in the area – the food was pricey (small portion of chips @ R70). The buildings are built using a unique traditional style and there is a nice pool and seating area.
No campsite, but the grassy area under the tree made for a good level spot to park a big rig and would also work to set up a tent. Camping was R300 per day which is okay, but did not have an official plug-in point (we used a very long extension cord to plug into the swimming pool Lapa area) and there was no braai stands or water plug-in.
Good for a quick stop-over if you need a place to park for the evening

I came with my motorbike, right after crossing the border from SA. Richard, the manager kindly walked the premises with mw, to seek for the most suitable place for my tent (there were guests playing loud music by the pool, and he was concerned I'd get disturbed.). 150R/day (myself + bike). There are hiking trails around. Nice bar/restaurant. Good place to decompress after a border crossing (which, by the way, was tranquil and quick).

Lovely spot, arrived at dusk given a grassy pitch right by the pool. Super clean ablutions and welcoming staff. 150 rand pp for the night. Weak Wifi in the restaurant.

We can highly recommend this place! The lodge is beautiful and the owner is very friendly and helpful! They even provided a braai stand for us and the pool (as well as everything else) was sparkling clean.

Really nice resort (terracotta huts with staw roofs) with a great place for camping. Camping site is close to the pool with a wonderful view on the landscape.
It's 200R/night in total (2 persons + 1 car).
There is wifi in the restaurant and a commun TV room.
Bathrooms are really clean and the water hot. The employees are very nice. You can go horse riding and hiking.
