Pretty basic but clean rooms with a small kitchenette. No 3 prong electrical plugs so bring an adapter. Can't hear the ocean but ez walk. Town noise, roosters and stuff. Lots of long term Canadians here for the winter. They provided a garrifon for drinking water. 1000 pesos including tax / night. Javier said he would drop the daily rate based on length of stay.
