Street parking in a residential area that has no “no parking” signs. Really great for stealth camping if you’ve got a smaller vehicle (minivan, suv, etc), and I’ve seen a at least 10 campers/sprinter-type vans parked in the area. Please just be courteous of locals and don’t post up for too long! It’s a great spot to sleep, but there’s tons of other free day parking by the beaches.

Residential area. It is absolutely a nice area and felt safe, but personally I don’t like staying in residential areas, so I’d only stay here again as a last option. If you’ve got a stealth vehicle you’ll probably be fine. Seems like lots of iOverlander street parking spots in the surrounding areas have been marked as closed, and areas with size restrictions on vehicles / people being ticketed. That said, I got away with getting here late and leaving early and I wasn’t bothered. Would have stayed at the nearby rest areas but they were totally full at that late hour (about midnight).
