Sent a WhatsApp to see if we could camp here tonight. Received a reply to say they are closed now due to “municipality and red tape”.
They are hoping to reopen in around one year.
Lovely, lovely campsite, grassy site, natural lake to swim in, bbq, taps, washing up area and clean ablutions with donkey fired hot water you manage yourself. 450 rand per site, great location to explore the area from, we will be back.
Report Check-InAmazing campsite in the middle of the wineyards, spots are located directly at a small lake (where you can swin). One of the best we had in South Africa!
Report Check-InZAR 450 for 2 people and vehicle per night. Check with Betsie beforehand for BigRig. There is a place that is halfway suitable for BigRig, but it is quite crooked and the grass is quite soft. Possible traffic noise during the day, very quiet at night.

Report Check-InA very beautiful campground between the vineyards and with a nice pond to go for a swim. The owners are very friendly and put a lot of effort into their new campsite! We loved our stay here. Clean ablutions (donkey for hot water), power plugs as well as a separate sink to do the dishes.
Report Check-InA very tranquil, spotlessly clean and well maintained campsite. price is 450 rand for at least 2 adults, don't know if you can add more for the same price. the owners live in a farm nearby and you can call them or whatsapp them on 0741668972. the campsite is not visible from the road, so look out for the small sign on the gate saying Leaf'n Biki.
there is drinking water available but there are sediments in it.
Just 4km outside Stellenbosch. Pond with jetty for swimming. Good for families. Abloutions spotless. Donkey heater. Stunning area. Only 5 spots but on grass.
